Wealthsimple - Yodlee doesn't retrieve accounts

I'm trying to fetch my wealthsimple accounts using Yodlee but the accounts don't show after syncing seemingly completes. The authentication works (via 2FA TOTP) and I see the "Retrieving accounts" screen but after a while the screen goes back to the login details page and the accounts don't show in the app.

its a Challenge, it happens to my account ,yet my bank send secure code to verify account.what could be the the solution .
