Kubera (wealth tracking app) does this very well, even with multiple brokerage accounts and multiple daily trades.

This may be a relatively niche case, but my biggest problem with finance tracking apps is that I don't know of any that can integrate arbitrary unconventional investments. For example crypto (on various chains) or unconventional physical assets (art, farm land, etc). If I could find a platform with these features I'd almost certainly use it.
