We are planning to build a rules engine whereby you will be able to define rules for how your transactions should be categorized, split, and edited etc.

this is huge. also make sure to include case sensitivity as an option. Simplifi currently is case insensitive and messes with some rules, their engine also has some real basic and weird behaviors.
