Usually, when filtering transactions, I want to sum their amounts in addition to seeing each individual item. So it would be nice to see total in and total out amounts at the top or bottom of the Transactions view.

Also need this:
1) I get an allowance from my company for work trips and at the end of the trip want to filter for all transactions from my trip with a total to see how much of the allowance I used.
2) I have expenses that I share with my sister or husband and often want to be able to filter for specific sets of transactions to get the total to figure out how much we owe each other

Yes this would be super helpful. I think Mint had some great features for showing averages too. You could say select all your electricity bill payments for a period of time and it would show the total spent and also the average spent. Should be a simple feature to add.
