I don't know why but FinWise is absolutely SHIT at categorising things or sometimes even reading the transaction description to infer what category it should be. What's worse is that I don't know what parameters it uses to determine who the merchant should be. If a transaction was categorised for a merchant called BEX (because it was BEX) , that's great but then why do other transactions that have nothing with the word in BEX also get marked as the same merchant? What's worse, if I had previously marked a transaction with a specific merchant and category it doesn't seem to use that for future transactions. It really takes time to fix stuff and it's ANNOYING. This software was supposed to make my life easier - it seems not to be for me. Can you please share what methodology is being use to classify transactions??

When I go to the Sync Accounts the modal screen shows but never finish, however when I then go to the Account Settings it shows Syncing Successfully with the date/time I did the Sync Accounts

After the introduction of the option to not auto sync accounts, the manual sync will bring all transactions, but it will not update the balances. Even manually adding a balance update doesn't work.

RBC doesnt sync, already deleted and added again. Could you please look into it?

Continuous loading when trying to sync

I synced my Tangerine account a couple days ago and haven't yet seen my new transactions. Everything from my first sync is there, but nothing past it. Strange, because I updated my connection a few times since then. Is there a delay I should know about? Thanks!

Just wanted to make the development team aware of a glitch in the Add Investment section. When you input an investment, and include the ticker symbol, it doesn't get applied, and you have to go back and re-enter it on the investment page after you've completed it the first time.

Has credit transactions from Chase available until 28 may, absolutely nothing before that. this is borderline useless because I do have my budget calculations and categorizing before realizing it's missed entire weeks of transactions. Why do I pay for this service when the UX on analysis is so difficult (constantly resetting from category to month when I click into a category, then erasing entire date range when I click back to expense by category) and then it can't even sync/get transactions right? So disappointed in switching from here from Mint. will be unsubscribing because this is so difficult, so dysfunctional, not user friendly

I connected my SA Homeloans account. It's balance is showing as positive in my net worth and the transactions are also switched, ie. my debit payment to SA Homeloans shows as income.
